African Mining Indaba 2019 takes place 4 – 7 February at the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC).

Mining Indaba
WearCheck was once again present at Mining Indaba 2017 recently, where many people came to the stand to chat about condition monitoring. This year, WearCheck shared a stand with sister company Set Point Laboratories (SPL), which is also part of holding company Torre Analytical Services.

We’re exhibiting – Mining Indaba 2015!
Come and meet the WearCheck team at the Mining Indaba conference taking place at the Cape Town International Conference Centre from 7 – 9 February.
This year sees an exciting line up with Tony Blair, former Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, to present a keynote address, along with Robert Friedland of Ivanhoe Mines Ltd, Anita Marangoly George from the World Bank Group, Dr Dambisa Moyo from Global Economist, Jim O’Neill, chairman of Cities Growth Commission and H.E. Minister Ngoako Ramathlodi, Minister of Mineral Resources.
We will be exhibiting with our holding company Set Point. (Stand address 1504 - 1506). Several WearCheck staff members will be on hand to meet customers at the popular Cape Town expo, including Steven Lara-Lee Lumley (technical development), Philip Schutte (reliability solutions) and Werner Buys (WearCheck Cape Town branch co-ordinator).
Lumley, who is one of WearCheck's most experienced diagnosticians, and who has diagnosed more than a million samples, will have a microscope set up at Indaba, so that visitors can look through the lens and learn a little bit about what the different samples look like "up close".
