Technical Sales & Support, Cape Town

Responsible for Sales and Technical Support for the Cape Town branch, and reporting into the Sales Manager, the suitable candidate will join a dynamic team in a high-paced environment.

Minimum Qualifications / Experience:

  • Matric
  • Five plus years of administrative / sales experience


Main Job Responsibilities

  • Achieving Sales Targets
  • CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
  • Customer support and after sales service in the Cape Town and surrounding areas
  • Maintaining and increasing high levels of sales and new contracts
  • Negotiating and Managing contracts
  • Management Meetings and planning
  • Presentations
  • Sales and Sales Forecasting. Market Segmentation
  • Strategy planning and implementation.(Identification of Business opportunities)
  • Assisting with technical Support, Failure Analysis, and Fault finding
  • Onsite Training
  • Liaise , oversee and Manage office staff , logistics and support systems
  • Oversee sales , delivery , distribution , pricing , accounting and customer service
  • Resolve/oversee important customer complaints and service issues
  • Keep up with industry trends, attend trade shows , conventions and seminars as appropriate or as directed
  • To co-ordinate and execute all processes related to the sales, support and administration of the WearCheck training department
  • Actively take part in the promotion and attainment of compliance, including the WearCheck Quality System and Health and safety matters for the Cape Town branch

Desirable qualities: Good presentation skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, team player, responsible, accurate, attention to detail, computer literate, decision maker, good time management skills.
